    4. Orders and Payment

    • By placing an order, you are offering to purchase a downloadable or physical coloring book at the indicated price.
    • All prices are listed in your selected currency and are subject to change.
    • We accept various payment methods as displayed at checkout.
    • Payment will be charged to your chosen payment method at the time of confirmation.

    5. Order Confirmation and Downloading

    • Once your order is confirmed, you will receive an email confirmation with a download link for downloadable coloring pages.
    • Physical coloring books will be shipped to the address provided at checkout. Shipping times and costs will be displayed at checkout.
    • You are responsible for ensuring you have the necessary software or printer to use downloadable coloring pages.

    6. Returns and Refunds

    • Due to the digital nature of downloadable coloring pages, we generally do not offer refunds.
    • However, if you encounter a technical issue with downloading your coloring pages, please contact us within 7 days of purchase and we will do our best to assist you.
    • For physical coloring books, we will offer a full refund or replacement for damaged or incorrect items within 30 days of purchase. Please contact us to initiate a return.

    7. Termination

    We may terminate your access to the Service for any reason, at any time, without notice.

    8. Disclaimer

    The Service and all coloring pages are provided "as is" and without warranty of any kind. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure. We cannot guarantee the printability of downloadable coloring pages on all printers.

    9. Limitation of Liability

    We will not be liable for any damages arising from your use of the Service, including but not limited to, direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages.

    You agree to indemnify and hold harmless StartColoring, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any and all claims, losses, damages, or expenses (including attorneys' fees) arising out of or relating to your use of the Service.
